Dedicatedly recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council, Upasana School of Nursing has graduated 39 batches of General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) students.

Upasana College

Established in 2005, Upasana College of Nursing aims to cultivate globally adept graduate nurses.

Affiliated with the Indian Nursing Council, Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council, and the University of Kerala, the college began with a B.Sc Nursing program, expanded to 75 seats in 2010, and introduced a P.B.B.Sc Nursing course for diploma nurses.

Upasana Skill Development Centre

The Upasana Skill Development Centre (USDC) is a new vertical of Upasana Hospital and an authorised training centre of ASAP, Govt of Kerala. The intake consists of 80 seats, with 40 seats for the General Duty Assistant (GDA) program and 40 seats for the HCA program.  The course duration will be 6 months for GDA and 1 year for HCA. The course includes class room training followed by on-job training. These programs designed to provide quality care to patients admitted in healthcare centres.

These courses often offer clinical rotations, which allow you to gain hands-on experience working in healthcare setting. This experience can be invaluable when they applying for jobs in the healthcare industry. These courses cover the latest healthcare trends, such as new medical technologies and procedures. This knowledge can help to stay ahead of the curve and provide the best possible care to our patients
